Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms but lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance. The service levels need improvement, especially in housekeeping. The location is convenient for driving but is affected by freeway traffic. The dining experience falls short with inconsistent supplies. The hotel facilities have room for enhancement and better upkeep.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms made me feel like I was in a 4-5 star hotel as they were clean, nicely appointed, and a good size. However, they did not match the online images, and the bed and floor were squeaky, making it noisy with constant movements heard. The service needs improvement despite being extremely friendly and pleasant. The TV volume was too loud, making conversations difficult, and it felt somewhat unprofessional. The location was a bit tricky to find, tucked behind a gas station, but it was perfect to reach various California destinations. Yet, the proximity to the freeway made traffic a challenge. Dining was a mixed bag with low food availability and abrupt closure announcements, but the pricing was quite reasonable for what was offered. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located but behind a gas station and hard to access, with intermittent Wi-Fi. The rooms are large and clean but lack the promised Vegas-style spaciousness. The staff were generally friendly but struggled with providing stain-free bed sheets. The dining options are limited and end early, offering limited value for money.
